Valentine’s Yoga Event – 14 February

Celebrate love in all its forms romantic, friendship, and self-love with a special Valentine’s yoga experience designed to cultivate connection, presence, and ease.

Join us on 14 February at Grepp for a thoughtfully guided morning that combines movement, relaxation, and community.

The yoga class will take place from 9:30 to 11:00 and will begin with slow, mindful movements, gently awakening the body through spinal and chest waves to encourage openness and fluidity. The practice will continue with hip and hamstring strengthening and stretching, supporting both stability and release.
The session will also include partner-based yoga elements, focusing on gentle stretches, balance, playful connection, and trust-building exercises. No previous partner yoga experience is required.

The class will conclude with a deeply relaxing aromatherapy-supported Savasana, featuring calming notes of lavender and eucalyptus.

From 11:00 onwards, guests are invited to stay and enjoy coffee provided by Grepp and fika by The Gremlin Society, offering a warm and inviting space for casual mingling and connection.

This event is open to everyone. Couples, friends, and solo participants are all warmly welcome. Come with your partner, share the experience with a friend, or treat yourself to a mindful morning—arriving alone is perfectly welcome, and you may even meet someone special along the way.
